BIO Piadina with KAMUT & Guacamole decomposed

Carefully choose the avocado cut it into cubes and let it sit with lime juice for a few minutes. Finely slice a fine Tropea red onion and juicy sweet date tomatoes. Season all ingredients with pink salt, a drizzle of EVO oil. Add a whiff of pepper to taste. Cook your Riccione Piadina on our Romagnolo Text piping hot and then season generously. You can also make a tasty Roll with this recipe!

Begin by cooking the piadina on our hot Testo Romagnolo until soft and lightly browned on both sides.

Arrange the strawberry slices, shrimp (previously cooked in a pan) and fresh arugula on half of the piadina.

Distribute the ingredients evenly to ensure a mix of flavors in each bite.

Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Now fold the piadina in half and enjoy this delicious flavor combination.

Why is it called PGI “Riminese style”?
Because this is the thin piadina, typical of the southern parts of Romagna.

What does GPI mean?
GEOGRAPHICAL PROTECTED IDENTIFICATION. It is a strict regulation that protects all aspects of Piadina.

The “Mediterranean”

Cook the sea bass in the oven, seasoning it with the flavors you like best, and in the meantime wash the mixed salad and spinach.

Heat the Testo Romagnolo and cook our Piadina. Now, arrange all the ingredients on the still-warm nPiadina. Season to taste with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
