Today I offer you a delicious recipe: the Riccione Piadina Integrale with strawberries, arugula and shrimp. A combination of Mediterranean flavors that will win you over at the first bite. Get ready to enjoy a healthy, light and incredibly tasty piadina!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 whole-wheat piadina<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch of fresh arugula<\/li>\n<li>100 g shelled and cleaned shrimps<\/li>\n<li>50 g fresh strawberries, washed and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Juice of 1\/2 lemon<\/li>\n<li>Salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, season the arugula with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl, season the strawberries with lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p>In a nonstick skillet, put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the shrimp.
