Piadine mix (rice flour, glucose syrup, modified starch, dextrose, inulin, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum; yeast extract), water, corn starch, wheat starch deglutinate, extra virgin olive oil 6 percent, salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; corn starch, preservative: sorbic acid.

Mode of preservation:
