We carefully select every single raw material, and we are proud to say that in this piadina you find only Italian, controlled and quality ingredients:
“Only Romagna Wheat” wheat flour, grown in Romagna and with supply chain certification, water from local springs, lard from pigs raised in Italy, salt from Sardinia leavening agents of Italian origin.
All our piadinas are precooked at differentiated heat temperatures.
Thanks to the experience of tradition, when piadinas were baked on grandmothers’ stoves, we had a technological oven made that reflects the same characteristics. An initial baking phase in which the lower temperature allows all the porosity of the very fresh dough to close, and a subsequent phase in which the higher temperature allows the piadinas to swell and flake.
That is why they are so soft and fluffy.
