Today, pinsa is a culinary delicacy widely appreciated in Italy and beyond, combining tradition and innovation in every bite.
Pinsa, an explosion of crisp and fluffy flavors, enthusiastically welcomes endless combinations. A bold marriage of mortadella and burrata, orange and fennel, or a fascinating contrast of flavors with anchovies, confit tomatoes and fiordilatte. The pinsa, ready to turn every bite into an unforgettable experience.
This artisanal process ensures attention to detail and quality
Soft texture on the inside and crisp texture on the outside.
Enjoying pinsa is so easy. Just stuff it with your favorite ingredients and bake it for 5 to 7 minutes in the oven.
This process gives a unique and delicious character to the product: irresistible crispness on the outside while maintaining perfect softness on the inside.
As with our Piadinas, we use carefully selected, high-quality ingredients for Pinsa.
Remove the pinsa from the package and stuff to your liking.
Place the seasoned pinsa on the oven rack (no on the baking sheet) at half height, in the fan mode already preheated to 250°C (250°F), and bake for about 5 to 7 minutes.
You can also season it after cooking with fresh ingredients.
We are Riccione Piadina, where culture, flavor and history meet to create memories.
