We carefully select each and every raw material, and we are proud to say that this piadina contains only inspected and high-quality ingredients:
“Only Romagna Wheat” – soft wheat flour grown in Romagna with certified supply chain, water from local springs, lard from pigs raised in Italy, salt from Sardinia, and leavening agents of Italian origin.
Easy, tasty and stringy
All our piadinas are pre-cooked at differentiated heat temperatures.
Thanks to the experience of tradition, when piadinas were cooked on grandmothers’ stoves, we had a technological oven made that reflects the same characteristics. An initial cooking phase in which the lower temperature allows all the porosity of the very fresh dough to close, and a subsequent phase in which the higher temperature allows the piadine to swell and flake.
That is why they are so soft and fluffy.
