Whole wheat piadina with strawberries, shrimp and arugula

Start by cooking the piadina on our hot Testo Romagnolo until it is soft and lightly browned on both sides.

Arrange the strawberry slices, shrimp (previously cooked in a skillet) and fresh arugula on half of the piadina.

Spread the ingredients evenly to ensure a mix of flavors in each bite.

Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

Now fold the piadina in half and enjoy this delicious combination of flavors.
