With Riccione Piadina’s gluten-free Pizza Base, you can create a delicious margherita pizza with a crust just like you’d find in a pizzeria.

A fabulous pizza in 10 minutes

  • Once you have removed the pizza base from its packaging, top it with tomato sauce, oregano, salt and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 220° on the fan setting and cook the pizza for 4-5 minutes.
  • Take the pizza out of the oven and add mozzarella and fresh tomato.
  • Finish cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Add fresh basil and a drizzle of oil.
