Ingredients:

  • 1 whole-wheat piadina
  • 1 bunch of fresh arugula
  • 100 g shelled and cleaned shrimps
  • 50 g fresh strawberries, washed and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

In a bowl, season the arugula with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.

In another bowl, season the strawberries with lemon juice.

In a nonstick skillet, put a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and add the shrimp. Cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Piadina on Testo Romagnolo and stuff it: spread the seasoned arugula, then add the cooked shrimp, strawberry slices.

Close the piadina in half: it is ready to enjoy!
