How to cook our Riccione Piadina Cassone

Remove the Cassone from its packaging. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at medium power. Thoroughly heat the Testo Romagnolo and finish cooking for 3-4 minutes, turning the cassone every 30 seconds.
Remember to heat the crust too, for even crispiness on the outside and a nicely hot, melted filling.
