A few simple steps, and you have delicious food on the table

  • Remove the Pinsa from its packaging.
  • Top the Pinsa with tomato sauce, extra-virgin olive oil, a little salt and oregano.
  • Preheat the oven to 250° on the fan setting.
  • Cook the Pinsa for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the mozzarella and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Finish cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Add fresh basil and enjoy your Pinsa!
