How to prepare a Cassoncino

Remove the Cassone from its packaging. Heat it in the microwave for 1 minute at medium power. Thoroughly heat the Testo Romagnolo and finish cooking for 3-4 minutes, turning the cassone every 30 seconds.
Remember to heat the crust too, for even crispiness on the outside and a nicely hot, melted filling.

Preparing this recipe with our Riccione Piadina Pinsa is very simple.

  • Remove the Pinsa from its packaging.
  • Season it with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt and rosemary.
  • Preheat the oven to 250° on the fan setting, and cook the Pinsa for 5-6 minutes: buon appetito!

With Riccione Piadina’s gluten-free Pizza Base, you can create a delicious margherita pizza with a crust just like you’d find in a pizzeria.

A fabulous pizza in 10 minutes

  • Once you have removed the pizza base from its packaging, top it with tomato sauce, oregano, salt and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 220° on the fan setting and cook the pizza for 4-5 minutes.
  • Take the pizza out of the oven and add mozzarella and fresh tomato.
  • Finish cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Add fresh basil and a drizzle of oil.
